The Bendigo Bank Express Home Loan is our online-only home loan that gets you our lowest variable rate. The application process is all done online, and you can get pre-approval, conditional approval and unconditional approval fast. Who is eligible for the Express Home Loan?
To be eligible for the Express Home Loan, you’ll need to have at least a 10% deposit (or equity), plus savings to cover fees and charges like stamp duty and Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI) if you have less than a 20% deposit. You’ll also need to be buying or refinancing an established property, be employed or self-employed, and be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
