Partnership to expand ATM access
Bendigo Bank has forged a new relationship with Cash Plus, to provide the bank’s customers with greater access to ATMs.
Under the agreement, Bendigo Bank will process transactions on the Cash Plus ATM network and re-brand selected Cash Plus machines.
Bendigo Bank’s Head of Access and Payment Systems, Greg Devlin, said the bank was steadily making more ATMs available to its customers, with the network doubling to more than 1100 machines in just the past two years.
“That rapid growth will continue,” Mr Devlin said.
“Our customers value good service, they want us to act in their best interests and they want to feel appreciated for their business.
“This is our point of difference; it’s what our customer’s value and is what sets us apart from our competitors.”
Cash Plus Managing Director, David Dickinson, said working with a bank with a strong community focus was refreshing in the Australian market.
“We believe partnering with Bendigo Bank will benefit our merchants and cardholders by providing improved access to machines,” Mr Dickinson said.
“This partnership will create a strong platform for Cash Plus to grow its Australian operations, plus leveraging our partnership with Nautilus Hyosung, the world’s leading ATM manufacturer; will make for a fantastic service."
Bendigo Bank customers now have access to more than 1100 ATMs and 530 customer service outlets, including 255 Community Bank® branches, across Australia.
In addition, customers can also do their banking at almost 100 customer service agencies or through the bank’s phone banking and internet banking facilities.
