Bendigo Bank leads again as Australia’s most trusted bank

12 September 2024

Bendigo Bank is proud to announce it has once again been named the most trusted bank in Australia by research house Roy Morgan.

Roy Morgan’s trust rankings released today confirmed Bendigo Bank remains Australia’s most trusted financial institution, while also cementing its place as one of the most trusted Australian brands across all categories. The rankings survey 2000 Australians each month and have been conducted since 2017.

Bendigo Bank CEO Richard Fennell said he was honoured to receive the accolade on behalf of all the team members who work hard every day to deliver good outcomes for customers.

“This significant recognition reflects Bendigo Bank’s commitment to being bigger and better for our more than 2.5 million customers,” Mr Fennell said.

“This award is testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire team and to be crowned most trusted again validates our customer-first approach to banking.”

“Our customers know Bendigo Bank is bigger for them and their banking needs. Awards like these demonstrate that a genuine and compelling alternative to the major banks is available if you want it.”

“If you’re looking at switching, Bendigo Bank has the quality products, award winning customer service and innovative digital offerings that customers expect,” Mr Fennell said.

The June quarter trust rankings mark the 10th consecutive quarter in which Bendigo Bank has been named Australia’s most trusted bank.
