Celebrating diversity and inclusion in regional areas, Bendigo Bank is proud to announce it will be a major sponsor of the Bendigo Pride Festival for the fifth consecutive year.
Officially launching today, the community-driven Bendigo Pride Festival includes a series of workshops, film screenings, a dance party, and the Pride in the Park event on 29 March with musical performances and other free activities for festival goers of all ages.
Bendigo Bank’s Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Sponsor of Bendigo Bank’s internal Pride Committee, Sarah Bateson, said the event celebrates diversity and inclusion and encourages everyone in the community to take part in the festivities.
“Bendigo Pride Festival is a firm favourite on the events calendar in central Victoria, with a vibrant line up of activities dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion,” Ms Bateson said.
“Sponsoring events such as this is an important part of our commitment to creating a safe, inclusive and empowering environment for all.”
