Step 2: Gather your regular payments list
Choose how you want to get your regular payments list.
Get your regular payments list via your banking app from your old financial institution.
Gather your regular payments list
You can gather your regular payments list by checking your bank statements or in your bank app.
Switch your payments list
Choose the payments you want to be paid from your Bendigo account. Contact the relevant companies and notify them of your new account details. This can often be done online.
Retain balance in your old account
You should retain a balance in your old account until you are confident that all requested regular payments have been transferred to your new Bendigo Bank account.

Fill out a form
This form gives us the authority to request all of your regular payments from your old account. Visit your local branch to get a copy.
Submit the form
Submit the completed and signed form at your nearest local branch.
Advise the branch
Once we have your regular payments list from the bank you are switching from, your nominated branch will contact you to discuss the list. We will assist you to take the next steps to switch payment to your Bendigo Bank account.
Retain balance in your old account
You should retain a balance in your old account until you are confident that all requested regular payments have been transferred to your new Bendigo Bank account.
