How to start earning and redeeming Qantas Points
To get started you’ll need to provide your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number to us so we can start allocating the points you’ve earned through your Qantas Platinum Credit Card to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account.2
Note: You will not start earning points until we have your membership details.

Excellent! If you haven’t already done so, provide your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number so we can link it to your Qantas Platinum Credit Card.
To link your membership, call us on 1300 236 344, and you’ll be good to go!
Not a Qantas Frequent Flyer member?

To earn Qantas Points with the Qantas Platinum Credit Card, you must be a member of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program and provide your Qantas Frequent Flyer number to Bendigo Bank. Membership of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program is subject to the terms and conditions of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program, which can be found at Qantas.com/terms. 0.6 Qantas Points will be earned on eligible transactions, transferred monthly to the Frequent Flyer account and are capped at 20,000 points per month – see Bendigo Credit Card Terms and Conditions for details or call 1300 236 344.
