How to read your credit card statement

We’ve set out your credit card statement in a way that’s hopefully easy for you to understand. Amongst other things, you can see how much you owe, payment details, interest charges, as well as your account summary.

Your details at a glance

Outlines your basic customer details.

Account summary

Outlines current state of your account, for a particular period.

Promotional offer

If there was a promotion offered at the time you applied for your credit card, the promotional balance transfer and/or your promotional purchase rate offer will be shown.

Account details

Lists your credit limit, your current available credit amount, annual purchase rate, and annual cash advance rate.

Payment details

Outlines the minimum payment amount as well as its due date. Any overdue amount along with the overdue portion that needs to be paid immediately will also be listed.

Shows you the many ways you can make your credit card payments. These include e-Banking or Bendigo Bank app, BPAY®, Bank@Post, phone banking, or in person at your local Bendigo Bank branch.

Switching to e-statements

Receiving statements electronically is faster and safer than traditional mail and can also reduce paper waste. Your e-banking gives you the option to opt-out of receiving paper statements on your accounts. You can make the switch today, and learn more here.
