A share fund with a twist
Sandhurst Trustees aims to deliver investment returns before fees above the S&P / ASX 300 Industrial Accumulation Index on a rolling four year basis. We do this whilst working with an expert fund manager in Investors Mutual Limited (IML).
The Managed Fund product/s referenced on this page are issued by our wholly owned subsidiary Sandhurst Trustees Limited.

How it works
The Sandhurst IML Industrial Share Fund (Fund) expects to invest predominantly in the Sandhurst Industrial Share Fund for which Investors Mutual Limited (IML) is currently the investment manager. To the extent that the Fund does so, it will be exposed to a diversified portfolio of quality ASX listed industrial shares (excluding resource shares) where these assets are identified by IML as being undervalued. The Fund is a ‘feeder fund’ meaning that it indirectly gains exposure to underlying asset classes by predominantly investing in the Underlying Investment.
Sandhurst manages the cash and short-term securities component of the Fund. The strategic asset class allocation range of the Underlying Investment is set out below.
Asset type | Min | Max |
---|---|---|
Australian shares (industrial) | 80% | 100% |
Cash and short term securities | 0% | 20% |
