How to earn rewards

1. Activate your card

To participate in Bendigo Bank Rewards, you’ll first need to activate your Platinum Rewards Credit Card.

1. Register for e-banking and login via the Bendigo Bank website or app.

2. Choose your Platinum Rewards Credit Card.

3. Choose 'Access Rewards'.

3. Check your Rewards Points

1. Login to e-banking via the Bendigo Bank website or app.

2. Choose your Platinum Rewards Credit Card.

3. Your points balance is displayed.

How to redeem your rewards

Redeem via website

1. Login to e-banking via the Bendigo Bank website.

2. Choose your Platinum Rewards Credit Card.

3. Choose 'Access Rewards'.

4. Browse and redeem your reward.

Redeem via app

Within the app, you’ll find a link to the Rewards site to start redeeming your points. Simply click on the link and you can easily login to e-banking.

1. Select 'Login' from the menu bar (phone version) or click on the 'Login to Bendigo Bank e-banking' button (Tablet/desktop version).

2. Click on your Platinum Rewards Credit Card account.

3. Click on 'Access Rewards' (New browser will open).

4. Start redeeming.
