Once again, we’re calling for your help. Recent flooding has seriously impacted North Queensland communities and they need your support. Your donation will help affected communities to begin their recovery journey.
We work with local communities to identify the assistance they need. Through our community-led approach, you can be sure that your contribution will be used where it is needed the most, and in a range of locally identified charitable areas.
We aim to provide short term relief and longer term recovery in flood-affected areas. If you are a customer and directly impacted by the floods please review our Natural Disaster assistance package.
Administered by Bendigo Bank's charitable arm, Community Enterprise Foundation, all donations of $2 or more are tax deductible and donors will be provided with a tax receipt through the Foundation. This will be identified in the relevant appeal details online or by calling 1300 304 541 and will also appear on your tax receipt.
A temporary 1 cent charge may appear as a ‘pending transaction’ in your internet banking. This is to validate your card – you will not be charged this amount, it will be removed by your financial institution within a few days.
PayPal, pre-paid Mastercard and Visa cards, and gift cards are not accepted.
The Website is enabled for online donations using a secure donation server. However, despite the security on the Website, you should be aware that there are inherent risks in transferring information across the Internet.
Donations can also be made at any Bendigo Bank branch.
Please note: for those living outside Australia we accept international donations.
