When our state is in crisis, we want to be there to help.
Over several weeks in December and January, our very generous audiences and community donated over $100,000 to the Victorian Bushfire Appeal.
With the help of the cast and crew from:
- Chicago: The Musical,
- Cirque Stratosphere,
- Songs for Nobodies,
- An Evening with David Sedaris,
- Grayson Perry, and
- Choir of Man,
we are very happy to have made this contribution to help the massive recovery process for our bushfire affected communities.
Arts Centre Melbourne is also a proud foundation supporter and venue partner for the sold out Down to Earth – A Fire and Climate Relief Concert at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl on 26 February.
In the coming months and years we’ll be working with communities across Victoria to find the best way we can assist them to flourish through the power of the performing arts.
